Need something to watch on Netflix?
Right, so if I actually release this at the time I want it to be released it should be ready to read just as you are heading to bed to watch some Netflix. Or if you are like me and are completely nocturnal, then you may need something to keep you entertained throughout the night. So here are a few of my Netflix recommendations. Baring in mind we all have different tastes but these are some TV/Movies I have really enjoyed and hope you will too.
I will try to make it so they are not too obvious, like everyone has seen 'Breaking Bad', 'Orange is the New Black' etc. and know they are incredible so I will try not to bore you with that!
Oh! For any American reader or anyone else, this is the UK Netflix I am reviewing as I do not have access to the U.S one (as much as I want to!)
Lost in Space
Some of you may know that this was a show in the 60s! It has been renewed as a Netflix original, though it differs slightly from the original (you know, technology and things, mind=blown!)
It got some bad reviews, I am not sure if it is just butt hurt fans of the original series or what but me and my wife absolutely loved it! Obviously from the title you know it is a sci-fi show so if you are not a fan of sci-fi this is not for you!
'Lost in Space' is about a family called 'The Robinsons'... yeah. On the way to a new civilisation across space the encounter an issues with their ship and go hurtling down to an unknown planet. On this planet they are faced with many challenges and some enemies. There are fantastic characters in it, some you despise with every part of your soul (unless you're like me a do not have one due to gingerness) and others you love. Being a crew of family members obviously there are tight unbreakable bonds between them which makes their fight to survive so much more enticing and exciting, it makes for binge worthy viewing!
Rated - 12 (Though there is nothing really that bad in it)

This show right here! This is the one. The first season was absolutely astounding and I binged the entire lot in one sitting (I am a social butterfly). The only downside is that it is dubbed in English as the show originates from Brazil and is the first Brazilian TV show to be streamed on Netflix.
I don't think its very noticeable that the mouths are not saying what you are hearing which is strange seen as though the actors are speaking Portuguese!
If you find watching things that are dubbed difficult then maybe give it a miss, but I believe this show is so good that it may change your mind!
It's abit like 'The Hunger Games' and 'Maze Runner' had a baby which is growing up to greatly surpass its parents!
'3%' is set in a dystopian world where most people live on the 'Inland' which is a poverty stricken hell hole but there is a way out, by means of "The Process". Once you reach the age of 20 you can then be eligible for "The Process", but you only get one chance to go through.
The initial part of "The Process" is an interview, simple as that. Though most people fall at the first hurdle and have to return to the life of poverty, this can be too much for some who would rather choose death.
If you make it through the interview then the real difficulties start. You have to complete many tasks especially designed to see if you are worthy (The tasks are brilliant but I don't want to give too much away!) if you manage to pass/survive all the challenges congratulations you can go to the "Outland", a safe heaven, a thing of beauty, technically advanced, paradise in comparison to life on the "Inland", where you are faced with one final question...
My god that was hard to write without going off on one and talking about the entire show!

Cuckoo
Okay, so this one is a little different, this is one of those shows you put on when you know you will probably fall asleep during it or you just want some noise in the room.
It is also very funny!
It stars Greg Davies (The giant teacher from the Inbetweeners), Andy Samberg (The main character from Brooklyn nine nine) and Taylor Lautner (The werewolf dude from Twilight)
It is a very simple plot which makes it easy to follow and zone out into.
Greg Davies daughter meets a man "Cuckoo" while travelling (Cuckoo is one of those typical stereotypical hippie American travellers) She gets married to him while out there and returns home to Greg Davies with Cuckoo and informs him of the "Good News" and that's when the fun starts...
I do not really have to say much more than that other than it is very funny and extremely easy to watch.

The Butterfly Effect
To be honest this is a pretty massive film and I am pretty sure most people will have seen it, however this film is just TOO GOOD to risk the fact someone may not have actually seen it!
Starring 'Ashton Kutchur' (that guy that's in literally everything, 'Dude Where's My Car?, That 70s Show and all the rest)… He even slept with Mila Kunis… it's just not fair.
Anyway, getting over my mild jealousy for the man due to the fact he gave us this film.
I have lost count how many times I have watched this film, I love it.
'The Butterfly Effect' is a sci-fi thriller.
Based around Ashton Kutchurs character, an event happened in his youth, a tragic event.
to which all his friends had to grow up with. Ashton Kutchur finds out he can take himself back in time if he reads something from that time frame, such as a diary.
He constantly tries to go back and change that tragic event to give his friend a better life, and himself. Each time he goes back to change something his future changes dramatically, sometimes for the better and sometimes so much worse.
Each time he travels in time it kills him a little but he is determined to get it right.
Honestly. if you somehow have not seen this then please for the love of god give it a try (Do not watch any of the others!!)
